Additions

First release based on the Bootstrap framework. This replaces the previous standalone implementation.

The release includes a number of examples (you can find them as dropdowns on the top menu of the Bootstrap implementation). The examples may or may not be complete example implementations, please look to the actual Bootstrap reference implementation if anything is unclear.
